Recognising Graduates
At each Hui-ā-Tau, Te Rōpū Whakahau formally recognises recent graduates who have completed Libraries, Information Management, ICT, Archives, Te Reo Māori or Mātauranga Māori related study . The recipient receives a card of acknowledgement, and a complimentary FREE 12 month subscription to Te Rōpū Whakahau.
Puna Maumahara Graduates
In recognition of the special relationship between Te Rōpū Whakahau and Te Wānanga o Raukawa. We also acknowledge non-member graduates of the tohu, Heke Puna Maumahara or Poutuarongo Puna Maumahara . Te Rōpū Whakahau supports the aspriations of Te Wānanga o Raukawa and in particular the Puna Maumahara programme. For non-members of the Association who graduate from Puna Maumahara, the recipient receives a letter of acknowledgement and a complimentary FREE 12 month subscription to Te Rōpū Whakahau.
Members who have graduated or will be graduating in the 12 months prior to Hui-ā-Tau and who have not already been recognised for the tohu at a previous Hui-ā-Tau are invited to submit their details at least two months prior to the start of the Hui-ā-Tau.
