You’ve probably already heard about Te Tōtara, the workforce capability framework for library and information kaimahi! It was developed by the sector for the sector and helps you, your team or organisation:

· create a supportive team learning culture
· and helps library staff identify the knowledge, values and ethics needed to flourish in their mahi.

Te Tōtara Community of Practice was set up as a forum for library and information staff in Aotearoa to engage and share their experience implementing Te Tōtara and other workforce capability programmes, promote best practices, and share resources.
