Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
A great opportunity is available to join a high performing team responsible for delivering customer service to members of our community. This role also supports our Customer Engagement Assistants with information and digital literacy, delivering readers advisory services, in-library and outreach programmes to support day to day duties and management of physical and digital resources.
Ko wai koe | About you
You will have 2-3 years experience in library or information service delivery and preferably hold a relevant library qualification. Customer service will be an absolute passion of yours! You’ll have a good understanding of Te Reo Māori and tikanga. Your strong library skills will be put to good use developing and managing our physical and digital resources.
