The Hocken Collections seek an energetic and motivated person for the role of Kaitiaki Mātauraka
Māori. This role is designed to support mātauraka Māori teaching, learning and research across the
University environment by working collaboratively with staff in support of Māori scholarly success. The
role is based at the Hocken Collections and will join a growing team of Māori-focused roles across the
University of Otago Libraries. The role reports to the Head Curator Māori and works closely with them
on kaupapa Māori initiatives.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
