Vacancy: Kauvaiora (University of Waikato Library, Hamilton)

You’ll be excited to support the delivery of our new Library Plan which shapes the future of how we interact with and support our learning community. Whether you have previous library experience or not, you could be one of our exceptional new leaders or specialists. You will be passionate about people, adept at building relationships and take pride in providing a quality service experience. Being part of the Library means being part of our community, supporting not just the University, but our local Hamilton and Tauranga communities as well as our wider communities through the University’s extensive global partnership network.

You will be working as part of a great supportive Library team at the University. We are committed to supporting flexible working and will consider applicants who would like to work part-time. For leadership and manager roles we anticipate a minimum of 0.8FTE, for other roles a minimum of 0.6FTE.

At Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato we embrace equity and diversity; therefore we strongly encourage applicants with the relevant capabilities from all backgrounds to apply. We would greatly value seeing applicants from our Māori and Pacific communities.
