The Library seeks an enthusiastic Manager to provide excellent leadership and coaching for a diverse and passionate library team, ensuring that customer satisfaction levels and service targets are reached and maintained. You will lead and identify areas for potential improvements for on campus and online engagement for the Engagement and Learning Support team and work across the library and wider organisation as needed to implement solutions. You will be passionate about professionally developing team members and will lead learning and development initiatives aimed at improved technological capability of the team. You will successfully collaborate with colleagues and providers to deliver great customer service and achieve operational objectives. Holding good communication and time management skills are a must, as you will always have more than one task on the go at any given time.
